Black Rose Industries Ltd — Important, 03-09-2025: Company Update

Black Rose Industries will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting virtually. The Board has proposed a total dividend of Rs. 0.65 per share (Rs. 0.55 final and Rs. 0.10 special) for FY2024-25, pending shareholder approval. For the AGM and dividend eligibility, the company will temporarily close its share transfer books. Important for shareholders: those with physical shares must update their bank and PAN details for electronic dividend payments. Additionally, a special window is available for re-lodging old, rejected physical share transfer deeds to convert them into demat.
