    RITE ZONE CHEMCON's Board approved the FY25 Board Report. They proposed re-appointing MD Mr. Bhavesh Bhandari & raising his remuneration from Rs. 2 Lakh to Rs. 3 Lakh/month, and Director Mrs. Arti Bhandari's to Rs. 2 Lakh/month, pending shareholder nod. AGM set for Sep 29, 2025.
