Vani Commercials' shareholders have approved key governance and operational updates. This includes adopting the standalone and consolidated financial statements and reports for March 31, 2025. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal Abrol as a Director, and regularized the appointments of Mr. Ajay Kumar Tayal as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Vipin Bharadwaj and Mr. Amit Kumar Chauhan as Independent Directors, strengthening the board.
