Roopa Industries' Board has approved key governance changes. The company appointed Mr. Muttaraju Venu Manohar and Mr. Gantla Venkat Reddy as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
