    Kontor Space's Board approved acquiring ~24.40% of Wybrid Technology to enhance digital offerings. It also cleared increasing authorized capital to ₹10 Cr and issuing 10 lakh convertible warrants to Trisha Venture LLP for fundraising. Mr. Kanak Mangal was re-appointed WTD. AGM is on Sept 30, 2025.
