Poly Medicure's board approved forming Risor Holdings B.V. in the Netherlands. This new step-down subsidiary will acquire 90% economic rights in the PendraCare Group (Pendracare Holdings B.V. & Welling Medical B.V.), significantly expanding its global presence.
