    Graphisads Board approved the FY25 Annual Report. Mr. Harish Sharma resigned; Mrs. Parveen Ahuja was appointed as Non-Executive Director, and committees were restructured. The 38th AGM is set for Sep 29, 2025, proposing Mr. Alok Gupta's re-appointment and a new Secretarial Auditor.
