    SWELECT Energy Systems' board has reshuffled leadership. Mr. R Chellappan is now Whole Time Director & Vice-Chairman, and Dr. Arulkumar P. Shanmugasundaram appointed CEO & MD. Mr. A Balan re-designated Whole Time Director, while Mr. G S Samuel joined as Non-Executive Director. Dr. Shanmugasundaram also joins key committees.
