DPEL's board approved the Director's Report and the upcoming AGM notice, setting the e-voting cut-off for September 22nd. The company appointed Sumit Bajaj & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and Pooja Verma & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY26, also naming a scrutinizer for the AGM.
