The company announced the final outcome of its Rights Issue, confirming the allotment of 51,62,479 partly paid-up equity shares. The issue, which previously had a clerical date correction, achieved a final net subscription of 82.38% of the 62,66,897 offered shares. Each new share was issued at Rs. 15.80, with Rs. 7.90 paid upfront. This successful capital raise increases the company's total paid-up equity capital to 2,08,29,721 shares, valued at Rs. 18.25 Cr, including Rs. 2.58 Cr from the new partly paid shares.
