    S.A.L. Steel Limited — Board Meeting, 04-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    SAL Steel's board approved Sree Metaliks becoming the new promoter through a share purchase and a ₹99 Cr preferential issue of shares/warrants. An open offer will follow. Authorised capital will increase to ₹145 Cr. Shareholders will vote on these proposals at the Sept 26 AGM.
