SVC Industries has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:30 am. Shareholders can attend via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and AGM Notice have been dispatched electronically. E-voting facilities will be available from September 27 to September 29, 2025. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2025. This allows shareholders to participate and vote on important company resolutions.
