Sawaca Enterprises Ltd — Important, 04-09-2025: Company Update

Sawaca Enterprises' Board has met, approving the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting agenda, including the Director’s Report. The Board appointed Mr. Kishor Agaja and Mrs. Binaben Shah as Additional Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Concurrently, Mrs. Lilaben Agaja and Mr. Vijay Shah resigned as independent directors due to other commitments. The re-appointment of Mr. Shetal S Shah as Chairman and Managing Director was also approved, pending AGM shareholder vote. Following these changes, key board committees, including Audit and Nomination & Remuneration, were reconstituted.
