Boston Bio Systems Ltd — Important, 04-09-2025: Company Update

Boston Bio Systems' Board has approved significant changes. M/s Nahar V & Company resigned as Statutory Auditor due to other commitments, and M/s Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. was appointed, subject to shareholder approval. The company will also alter its Memorandum of Association to expand its scope into IT services, agriculture, real estate development, and diverse trading activities. New Articles of Association and a revised Memorandum of Association will be adopted to comply with the Companies Act, 2013, all pending shareholder approval. The Board also cleared the annual report for FY2025 and the notice for the upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting.
