Gautam Exim has announced that its existing promoters, including Balasubramanian Raman, are seeking reclassification to the 'Public Category'. This move follows an open offer by new acquirers, Raj Kumar Agarwal and Parmeshwar Ojha, to acquire up to 26.00% of voting capital at ₹43.00 per share, totaling ₹3.44 Cr. This open offer stemmed from a prior agreement to purchase 72.92% from the current promoters. Post-offer, the new acquirers will collectively hold approximately 98.92%, marking a significant change in company control. The independent directors will provide their opinion on the offer, and the company will ensure compliance with minimum public shareholding requirements.
