Constronics Infra Ltd — Important, 04-09-2025: Company Update

The company's Board approved significant leadership and governance changes. This includes the re-appointment of its Statutory Auditor and Secretarial Auditor for five-year terms. The Managing Director was re-appointed for three years, alongside the re-appointment of one Independent Director and the appointment of a new Non-Executive Independent Director, both for three-year terms. The Board also moved to continue the directorship of an independent director nearing 75 years. Separately, one Independent Director resigned due to personal commitments.
