Constronics Infra's board has approved significant governance changes. Statutory Auditor M/s. B Thiagarajan & Co. and Secretarial Auditor Mr. S S Vignesh were re/appointed for five years. Managing Director Mr. Rajamani Ragavachari Sundara Raghavan and Independent Director Mr. Rajendren Purushothaman were re-appointed for three-year terms, while Mr. Kailas Asokkumar Ashon was appointed as a new Independent Director. The board also approved the continuation of Independent Director Mr. Tirukkurungudi Seshadri Srinivasan. Mr. Brough Nagar David Yesaian resigned as an Independent Director. All changes are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting.
