Constronics Infra's board has approved key governance updates. This includes re-appointing Statutory Auditor M/s. B Thiagarajan & Co. and appointing Secretarial Auditor Mr. S S Vignesh, both for five-year terms. The board also re-appointed MD Mr. Rajamani Ragavachari Sundara Raghavan and Independent Director Mr. Rajendren Purushothaman for three years. Mr. Kailas Asokkumar Ashon was appointed as a new Independent Director for three years. Director Mr. Tirukkurungudi Seshadri Srinivasan's continuation was approved, while Independent Director Mr. Brough Nagar David Yesaian resigned. These decisions await shareholder approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting on September 27, 2025.
