    LGHL's board approved a significant 7:5 bonus share issue and plans to increase authorized capital from ₹45.01 Cr to ₹51.00 Cr. Also, M/s. Nirav Shah & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor. The 16th AGM is scheduled for Sept 30, 2025.
