    Surani's Board approved re-appointment of Ms. Pavni Singla as Whole-time Director. Mr. Vijay Singla (MD) and Mr. Chetan Singla (Jt. MD) were also re-appointed for 3 years, subject to shareholder nod. The 13th AGM is slated for Sept 30, 2025.
