LKP Finance has approved investing ₹80 Cr in Mufinpay Payment Solutions Private Limited, an unlisted subsidiary of its promoter company. This cash investment, acquiring a 9.58% stake, aims to boost Mufinpay's working capital and support the expansion of its Information Technology and IT Enabled Services business. Mufinpay, incorporated in 2022, reported a turnover of ₹1.69 Cr. The move strengthens LKP Finance's footprint in the IT/ITES sector through a related party transaction executed on an arm's length basis.
