Harish Textile Engineers' Board has approved key items for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing. The board endorsed the 15th Annual Report for the last financial year and proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kirtikumar Gandhi as Managing Director. It also put forward the appointment of M/s. D N Vora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, along with the ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration and approval for a Material Related Party Transaction and increased borrowing power. Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of a Scrutinizer and platform provider for the e-voting process.
