Share India Securities Limited has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., on September 04, 2025 has inter alia approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Kumar Arora as the Whole-time Director of the Company, for a period of 5 years w.e.f. June 01, 2026, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM.
