The company proposes a preferential issue of 68.48 lakh equity shares at Rs. 10 each, aiming to raise Rs. 6.85 Cr for working capital and general corporate purposes, which will alter the shareholding structure. Shareholders will also act on multiple related party transactions with significant financial limits for agri-commodity business, services, and inter-corporate loans. For the financial year, the company reported a net profit of Rs. 0.04 Cr, a notable turnaround from last year's Rs. 0.22 Cr loss, with total income at Rs. 3.92 Cr.
