**GSMFOILS Update:** GSM Foils' Rights Issue opening date has been revised.

**The Issue:** The Reserve Bank of India declared Monday, September 08, 2025, a bank holiday in Maharashtra due to Eid-e-Milad.

**Possible Impact:** This holiday prevented the Rights Issue from opening as originally scheduled.

**Company's Response:** After discussions with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), GSM Foils has shifted the opening date. The Rights Issue, initially planned for September 08, 2025, will now open on **Tuesday, September 09, 2025**.
