Elixir Capital Ltd — Important, 04-09-2025: Company Update

Elixir Capital has launched a 100-day "Saksham Niveshak" campaign from 28th July, 2025 to 6th November, 2025. This initiative encourages shareholders to update their KYC details, bank mandates, and nominee information. It also provides an opportunity to claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends from financial years 2017-18 to 2023-24. Shareholders should contact the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent to update their information and claim dividends, thereby preventing their shares from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority. Documents should be submitted by November 6, 2025.
