SOPHIA TRAEXPO's board has approved several important updates. Mr. Yerrapragada Mallikarjuna Rao's re-appointment as Whole-time Director for three years from December 30, 2025, was cleared, subject to shareholder vote. Mr. Nalluri Sai Charan was appointed as an Additional Director, Executive category, effective September 4, 2025. The 42nd Annual General Meeting will convene on September 29, 2025. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 22, 2024, with remote e-voting open from September 26-28, 2025. Mrs. N. Vanitha was appointed Scrutinizer for the AGM and Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), following Audit Committee input and awaiting shareholder approval. The AGM Notice and Directors Report were also approved.
