Texmo Pipes reported FY25 revenue of Rs 366.77 Cr, PBDIT of Rs 28.20 Cr, and PAT of Rs 17.46 Cr. The company is actively reducing costs via a new solar plant and aims to expand market reach for future growth. A revised monthly remuneration of Rs 1.25 Lakh for the Whole-Time Director is also proposed.
