The company has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted via video conferencing facilities. For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed for a period. Shareholders will have access to a remote e-voting facility to cast their votes electronically. This e-voting period will be available for shareholders holding shares as of a determined cut-off date, enabling all eligible investors to participate in important company decisions.
