PVV Infra Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

PVV Infra is strategically expanding into renewable energy by acquiring Aqua Dynamics Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., which holds 9 MW solar power projects awarded by MSEDCL. PVV Infra will initially acquire a 49% equity stake, taking full 100% ownership upon project completion. The total project cost is ₹30 Cr, fully funded by PVV Infra. Completion is expected by March 2026, with revenue generation starting April 2026 for 25 years. Additionally, the company has appointed Mr. Nitin Sinha as an Additional Director, bringing over 25 years of cross-industry experience, including in green renewable energy and infrastructure.
