Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Eco Hotels and Resorts has announced a Rights Issue, offering up to 1,28,76,808 partly paid-up equity shares. Each share is priced at Rs. 15.20, which includes a premium of Rs. 5.20 over its Rs. 10 face value. The company aims to raise up to Rs. 19.57 Cr. Eligible shareholders can subscribe to 1 new share for every 4 existing shares they hold. All applications must be made through the ASBA process. This issue allows existing shareholders to increase their ownership.
