Veefin Solutions will hold its 5th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. through video conferencing, to transact business as outlined in the AGM notice. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 has been circulated to shareholders electronically. Shareholders can participate via e-voting, with the cut-off date for eligibility being Friday, September 19, 2025. Remote e-voting begins Monday, September 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and ends Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Shareholders who vote remotely may still attend the virtual meeting but cannot vote again.
