Shareholders received electronic notice and the annual report. Remote e-voting facilities will be available from September 23 to September 25. The cut-off date to determine eligible voters is September 20. Shareholders are encouraged to register/update their email IDs by September 20 to ensure they receive AGM details and can participate in the virtual meeting and e-voting. This virtual setup aims for widespread shareholder participation.
