StarlinePS Enterprises' Rights Issue Committee has updated the record date for its proposed Rights Issue. The revised record date is now Tuesday, 9th September, 2025. This date is critical for determining which shareholders are eligible to apply for the new equity shares offered through the Rights Issue. The updated Letter of Offer has been officially recorded. All other details from the prior board meeting remain unchanged.
