Shareholders will adopt the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appoint Mr. S.M. Mohsin as Director. The agenda also includes the appointment of M/s AK Tripathy & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Further, Mr. Sudhir Halleppanavar's appointment as Independent Director and Ms. Shifali Kawatra's re-appointment for a second term are up for approval.
