Darshan Orna Limited has announced its 14th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting aims to transact businesses as outlined in the AGM Notice. Electronic copies of the notice and annual report will be sent to shareholders with registered email IDs. An e-voting facility will be available. Shareholders are encouraged to register their email addresses with their Depository Participants for demat shares or with KFin Technologies Limited for physical shares to ensure they receive all communications and can participate in e-voting.
