Saregama's board appointed Nayan Kumar Misra as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. They also approved forming a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Saregama Performing Arts and Music Festivals LLC, in Dubai to tap the Middle East market for live events, content, and artist collaborations, with initial capital up to One Million AED.
