Vamshi Rubber Limited has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) on September 25, 2025. Shareholders will have access to remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM for all proposed resolutions. The Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, will be sent via email. Members are advised to register their email addresses for all communications and e-voting. Only shareholders on record as of the cut-off date of September 16, 2025, are eligible to cast their votes.
