Franklin Industries Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Franklin Industries' Board has concluded a meeting where it concurred with the appointment of M/s. S S R V & Associates as Statutory Auditor for four years, from FY2025-26 to FY2028-29. The Board also concurred with the appointment of M/s. Dhruvi Patel & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30. Both auditor appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved the notice and related documents for the 43rd Annual General Meeting, which will be held through video conference/other audio-visual means.
