Franklin Industries Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Franklin Industries' board met and proposed the appointment of M/s. S S R V & Associates as the Statutory Auditor for four financial years (2025-26 to 2028-29). The board also proposed M/s. Dhruvi Patel & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years (2025-26 to 2029-30). Both auditor appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved the notice and related documents for the 43rd Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Saturday, 27th September, 2025, at 02:30 P.M. through video conference.
