Saboo Sodium Chloro board approved a rights issue for up to ₹49 Cr. It also greenlit transferring 'Samskara Resort' to its subsidiary and raising MD Mr. Girdhar Saboo's salary from ₹0.04 Cr to ₹0.05 Cr/month, both subject to shareholder nod.
