Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Narbada Gems & Jewellery has filed a joint Second Motion Petition with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad, regarding its proposed amalgamation with Uday Jewellery Industries Limited. This marks a key step in consolidating operations to create a unified and robust presence in the jewellery sector. The scheme previously received approval from the majority of shareholders and creditors. Once sanctioned by the NCLT, Narbada Gems will dissolve, and its assets and liabilities will transfer to Uday Jewellery. Management believes this strategic move will streamline operations, optimize resources, and enhance value for all stakeholders.
