IEL Limited has announced its 69th Annual General Meeting will convene virtually via video conferencing on September 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM IST. The company has sent out the Annual Report 2024-25 and AGM Notice electronically to eligible shareholders. For the purpose of the AGM, the share register and transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2025, to September 29, 2025. Remote e-voting will be available from September 26, 2025 (9 AM IST) to September 28, 2025 (5 PM IST). Shareholders holding shares as of September 22, 2025, will be eligible to vote.
