Pratik Panels Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

The board approved the Directors Report and Annual Report for FY 2024-2025, along with plans for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and its e-voting process. Mr. Pratik Satish Patil has been appointed as the new Whole-Time Director & CFO, succeeding Mr. Kiran Madhukar Devhare, who resigned due to personal commitments. Additionally, M/s HSPN & Associates LLP were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The company also received board approval to relocate its registered office to a new Mumbai address, subject to shareholder consent.
