The company's board approved preparations for its 31st Annual General Meeting. It announced significant changes, including the resignation of two independent directors and the appointment of Mr. Kishor Girishbhai Agaja and Mrs. Binaben Vijaykumar Shah as new Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, both with over a decade of experience. The Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees were then reconstituted.
