The board noted Mr. Vanka Ravindranath's resignation as Director and approved Ms. Ravali Vanka's appointment as a Non-Executive Director. Further, Mr. Kosuru Sai Charan Kumar and Mrs. Kalidindi Padmavathi were appointed as Independent Directors for five years. M/s. P S Rao & Associates were approved as Secretarial Auditors, and M/s. Brahmayya & Co. as Statutory Auditors, both for five-year terms. These changes reshape the company's leadership and audit functions.
