Share transfer books will close from September 20-26, 2025, to finalize eligibility for any declared final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders can participate through e-voting, which opens on September 23, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. and closes on September 25, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 19, 2025.
