Blue Pebble Limited — Board Meeting, 05-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bluepebble's board approved an ESOP scheme and declared a Rs 0.50/share dividend (FY25), pending shareholder approval at the Sep 30, 2025 AGM. Also cleared revised remuneration for CMD Nalin Gagrani and WTD Manoj Tiwari, whose re-appointment was also approved.
