Infonative Solutions Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Infonative Solutions Ltd's board has approved several key appointments and reporting items. M/s Gupta Atul & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Y K & Associates, with Mr. Yogesh Kumar, was appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval, based on the Audit Committee's input. Mr. CS Yogesh Kumar will also act as Scrutinizer for the upcoming 27th Annual General Meeting's e-voting. The board approved the AGM notice and the Board's Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. It also considered the reappointment of Whole-time Director Mr. Saurabh Kathuria, who retires by rotation.
