Super Iron Foundry Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Super Iron Foundry's board has approved the appointment of Prateek Kohli & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY2025-26. The board also approved the FY2024-25 Board's Report and the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting, with share transfer books closing for the AGM. Shareholders will be asked to approve the reappointment of Non-Executive Director Mr. Abhishek Saklecha. Additionally, the board approved potential material related party transactions with Super Iron Foundry for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 50 Cr for FY2025-26, pending shareholder approval.
